Polymer Processing Aid Masterbatches

Polymer Processing Aid Masterbatch: PPA Masterbatch are specifically designed to enhance extrusion ability of plastics (PE Films, pipes, tubes...) leading to improved productivity and quality improvement. These are fluoro-polymer based additive masterbatches, which are properly dispersed in a poly-olefin polymer. These masterbatches helps in improving the processing of poly-olefins (LLDPE, HDPE etc.) and particularly in blown film extrusion. Normally there is a common practice to process at higher temperatures to get maximum output which causes degradation, die deposition and reduction in mechanical properties.
