Job description – Business development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business development Manager to join our team. As a Business development manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth for the company.
Business Development & Sales:
•
Identify and secure new business opportunities for the product of JJ Plastalloy for Black Masterbatch.
•
Commercialising new products developed by Tatva Knowledge Center (R&D Center)
•
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly ne business targets as specified by the company.
Client Communication:
•
Take calls from potential clients, providing them with product information and addressing their queries.
•
Make proactive calls to leads identified, aiming to convert them into clients.
•
Arranging for trials of new products at identified prospects.
Customer Relationship Management:
•
Convince potential clients of the products benefits and it’s fit for their requirements.
•
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
•
Study market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to ensure the brands competitive edge.
•
Study and analysis of Global market trends.
Promotion & Branding:
•
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand visibility and awareness in Meerut.
•
Engage with clients and potential clients through events, promotional activities, and other channels.
Reporting & Analysis:
•
Maintain records of calls made, leads converted, and feedback from potential clients.
•
Present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
•
B.Tech & Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is must.
•
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
•
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
•
Proficiency in English and local languages.
•
Very strong hand in hand relationship with the sales team for retaining the customers.
•
Close interaction with Tatva Knowledge Center team for identifying new products to develop APQP process.
•
Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Base Location: Mumbai
Minimum Experience: 8+ Years of exp in sales & Marketing
Qualification: MBA & B. tech
